Free printable employee Christmas templates
Three templates for the part of an employee gift that people keep: the thank-you. Each one prints on a single US Letter page, landscape, on any home or office printer. They’re free to use at work, with no sign-up and no email required.

Golden ticket: one extra day off
Turn a day off into something people can hold. Fill in the name, a use-by date and a manager’s signature, then hand it out at the holiday lunch or tuck it into a card.
Tip: Give shift workers a date they can actually use, not the day the office closes anyway.

Thank-you card from a manager
Three prompts that make a thank-you specific: what the person did this year, why it mattered, and your signature. It takes five minutes per person and pairs with any gift.
Tip: Skip “thanks for all your hard work”. Name one real thing, like a launch, a rescue or a new hire they trained.

Certificate of appreciation
A formal-looking certificate for the end-of-year meeting: the person’s name, what they’re recognized for, a signature and the date. Works for individuals and for whole teams.
Tip: Print on heavier paper (65 lb card stock or more) so it survives being pinned to a wall.
How to print them well
Choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page” so the dotted lines stay straight, and print a test copy first. Cream or ivory card stock makes the cream background look intentional. Fill them in by hand: a printed name feels like a mail merge, a handwritten one feels like a thank-you.
Pair it with a gift
A card says thank you; a gift for the family makes it memorable. Our own product, Santa for Teams, sends every employee a Santa video call, phone call or personalized video for their kids or for themselves, from $9.99 per employee. It’s made by us, and we say so.
