I build Santa AI, where kids get a video call, a phone call or a personalized video from Santa. Last Christmas we made more than 14,000 of them. This year, HR teams started asking us the same question: what do we give our employees that isn’t another mug? This site is my honest answer, and the ideas go well beyond our own product.

How we choose the ideas

Each guide is written for one real situation: a budget, a type of team, a group of recipients. We favor gifts people use every day, gifts that reach their families, and gifts that don’t create shipping headaches. We skip logo merchandise, scented products and anything that ends up in a drawer by January. The full list of tests is on How we pick.

Our own product

Idea #1 on every page is Santa for Teams, which we make. It costs $9.99 per family: each employee’s family picks a Santa video call, a phone call or a personalized video, and the company never collects children’s data. We put it first and say so openly on every page. Everything else we recommend is independent of us.
